After the production and welding of the Ground Screw Pile products are completed, they are black parts before galvanizing. We will transport the cooperating galvanizing factory for galvanizing. Before galvanizing, it will be pickled first to remove stains and rust on the surface of the product. Then the piles will be hung up and placed in a zinc pot for galvanizing. Under normal circumstances, our zinc loading can reach 80-90 μm. We have professional inspectors to measure the amount of zinc for customers.
